Built From Personal Experience
Access Vans was founded in 1993 by Idaho native Chris Thomas. After becoming a quadriplegic in 1990, Chris combined his firsthand understanding of mobility challenges with his background in automotive body repair and lifelong passion for vehicle modification.
His goal was to help people stay active and make sure their vehicle never becomes a barrier to the things they want to do. That purpose remains at the heart of Access Vans today.
