Wheelchair Van Rental Rates

1 Day Rental
Minimum of 1 day
$130 / per day + Taxes & Fees
Personal rentals are allowed up to 100 miles a day before adding a $0.45/mile fee.
7 Days Rental
Minimum of 7 days
$110 / per day + Taxes & Fees
Personal rentals are allowed up to 100 miles a day before adding a $0.45/mile fee.
30 Day Rental
Minimum of 30 days
$100 / per day + Taxes & Fees
Personal rentals are allowed up to 100 miles a day before adding a $0.45/mile fee.
Commercial Rates
Daily Rentals
$150 / per day
Commercial rentals include up to 75 miles per day, with additional mileage charged at $0.50 per mile. Weekly and monthly discounts are not available.

Terms & Conditions

Access Vans Rental Terms and Conditions

  • Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Drivers must provide proof of their own valid insurance coverage.
  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • All rental vans are non-smoking for the comfort of our customers.
  • Renters are responsible for any interior or exterior damage to the vehicle.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge to the credit card on file.
  • After-hours vehicle pickup, return, and airport assistance are available only when an employee is available.

Additional Fees

  • Fuel: $30 for each ¼ tank below the fuel level at checkout.
  • Late Returns: $25 per hour when the vehicle is returned more than one hour late.
  • After-Hours Check-In/Check-Out: $60, subject to employee availability.

Boise Airport Pickup or Return:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM: $40

  • Outside weekday office hours: $60

  • Weekends/outside office hours: $100

  • After 9:00 PM: Pricing TBD
