Affordability with Accessibility In Mind

The VMI Dodge Northstar wheelchair-accessible minivan has a fully-powered, slide-out ramp that creates an uncluttered interior and obstruction-free doorway. With noise-minimizing engineering and an obstacle-free front row, the Dodge Northstar offers a pleasant ride with an affordable price. This Dodge Northstar conversion provides ease of use and flexibility at a budget-friendly price. This wheelchair conversion van offers all of the in-floor ramp benefits, such as an obstruction-free doorway and uncluttered interior, in an affordable mobility vehicle.

Auto Ramp

All VMI Northstar conversions come with a patented, ultra-low, in-floor power ramp that allows for safe entry and exit for even the largest power chairs. The ramp is stowed under the floor, creating more interior room for maneuverability and minimizing dirt and debris in the interior. Reliable hydraulic PowerKneel™ system creates an ultra-low ramp angle for easy access. SURE DEPLOY™ backup system ensures ramp will stow and deploy, even during an electrical failure.

Auto Door

The door easily opens or closes with one-touch control via the key fob, halo-lit dash button or Chrysler door buttons.

Removable Front Seats

Easy-to-remove front seats create multiple seating options for greater independence and flexibility.  The Dodge Northstar allows for multiple mobility devices to be on the move at the same time.

A Quieter Ride

Engineered to minimize interior noise with extensive use of sound-deadening materials.

Corrosion Resistant Floor

All Chrysler Summit conversion floors are E-coated for optimal rust and corrosion prevention.

Headroom

Featuring a 11-inch dropped floor provides ample headroom throughout the vehicle. Usable door opening height reaching 55'' makes this suitable for all but the tallest wheelchair users.
